The Skyline Snowmobile Complex, located just 2 hrs. south of Salt Lake on Highway 89, is great for family riding. At an altitude of over 10,000 feet (3,048 meters), the Wasatch Plateau provides one of the premier snowmobiling complexes in Utah and the United States.

Over 140 miles of snowmobiling trails are groomed by the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation. For experienced snowmobilers and hill climbers, there are countless miles of untouched powder and bowls that offer some of the best backcountry mountain sledding in the state.
Riders can access the Central Utah Snowmobile Complex from Fairview, Ephraim, Manti, and Mayfield Canyons. In some Sanpete Valley communities, you can begin your ride at the edge of town and follow the groomed trails to reach the skyline of the Manti-LaSal National Forest.

Do out-of-state riders need a non-resident OHV Permit?
Owners of Snowmobiles, brought into Utah by non-residents, may need a non-resident permit for their machine. Some states offer reciprocity, meaning there is a mutual agreement between states not to charge non-residents fees. To see if you need a permit visit the Utah State Parks web page.
